Cornerstone Pharmacy Services was founded in 1996, as a locally owned institutional pharmacy dedicated to provide services of the highest quality at a more personal level. The two founding pharmacists have over 40 years of combined experience in the provision of pharmaceuticals, consulting services and medical records to the long-term care market. In August of 2000, Cornerstone expanded its business by locating a pharmacy in the Fort Wayne Area.
 

The pharmacists at Cornerstone have been providing services to nursing homes for over twenty years. Our experience gives us insight to understand and respond to the changing healthcare needs of nursing staffs and residents alike.
 

Robin D. Taylor, R.Ph. is president of Cornerstone Pharmacy Services, LLC and one of the founders of the business. Robin has twenty years experience in the long-term care pharmacy business, serving as president of Healthcare Prescription Services, Inc. prior to starting Cornerstone. He is active in the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, twice serving on their Board of Directors. Robin received his degree from Purdue University's School of Pharmacy.
 

Pete H. Woodward, R.Ph. is vice president of operations and has over twenty years experience in the long-term care pharmacy business and also previously was employed by Healthcare Prescription Services, Inc. Pete's extensive experience in pharmacy operations ensure smooth transitions for new customers and quality services for existing customers. Pete received his pharmacy degree from Butler University's School of Pharmacy.
